Vu Cat Tuong officially celebrated her wedding with dancer Thu Trang at a luxurious resort in Binh Duong on February 12, 2025. The ceremony was attended by over 100 guests, including family members, close friends, and many famous artists, in a warm and intimate atmosphere.

The wedding venue was decorated in green and white, creating a natural and elegant setting. White tulips, Thu Trang’s favorite flowers, were chosen as the centerpiece. Additionally, a vinyl record symbolizing music, the very thing that brought Vu Cat Tuong and Thu Trang together, was displayed. On the record was an illustration of a person playing the piano and another dancing ballet, representing the couple.

At around 4:30 PM, the official ceremony took place. Thu Trang appeared radiant in a pristine white wedding gown, walking down the aisle hand in hand with her father. Seeing her life partner in such a sacred moment, Vu Cat Tuong could not hold back her tears.

In front of their loved ones, the singer, born in 1992, expressed her heartfelt vows to Thu Trang: “I always want to be by your side, holding your hand through the long journey ahead. Today, you are the woman standing before me, and this moment will forever be etched in my heart. I love you.”

On February 5, Vu Cat Tuong surprised fans by publicly sharing the moment she proposed to dancer Thu Trang after five years together. The proposal took place in the breathtaking scenery of Ngoa Long Peak (Ninh Binh), where the singer held her beloved’s hand and proudly showcased the engagement ring. This was also the first time she officially introduced her girlfriend to the public after years of keeping their relationship private.

“After five years together, I am certain that she is the one I want to spend my life with. I dream of building a home with her and walking this journey hand in hand,” the singer shared.

Thu Trang, born in 1994 in Nam Dinh, Vietnam, is a ballet artist with 14 years of experience at the Ho Chi Minh City Symphony, Opera, and Ballet Theater. She first met Vu Cat Tuong in 2019 when they collaborated on the MV “Co Nguoi,” but at that time, their relationship remained purely professional. It wasn’t until 2020 that they truly got to know each other and embarked on their journey together.

At the end of 2024, Vu Cat Tuong’s family traveled to Nghe An to formally meet Thu Trang’s family and complete the necessary rituals before the wedding.

Before the wedding, Vu Cat Tuong penned a heartfelt letter to Thu Trang: “Since loving you, I have lived more fully, laughed more, and found peace in every moment. You have given me unconditional love—something I deeply treasure as someone who grew up without a complete family.”

The singer also praised her partner, emphasizing that throughout their five years together, Thu Trang remained steadfast and never swayed by superficial glitz and glamour.

“You are someone who understands, shares and lives with sincerity. You have completely won me over. I never imagined that a girl born in the distant land of Russia would one day stand beside me at our wedding in Vietnam. We both bravely took hold of our destiny, and I truly believe this is the best decision of my life,” Vu Cat Tuong expressed.
